Your expertise will support instructional improvements, guide student support strategies, and drive the successful implementation of our Continuous Improvement Plan.

Your key responsibilities will include Continuous Improvement Planning, Assessment & Data Management, Academic Support & Intervention, Graduation Candidate Support, Scheduling & Program Coordination, College & Career Readiness, Professional Development & Staff Support, and Stakeholder Collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid Secondary South Carolina Educator Credential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or educational leadership
- Experience with academic coaching, intervention strategies, and student success planning
