Job Description
The Academy Unit Supervisor is responsible for planning, designing, developing, directing and coordinating centralized training programs and activities for the Corrections Training Academy. The role requires considerable knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, development and delivery, and systems thinking and management science.

Requirements

  • Requires considerable knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, development and delivery and systems thinking and management science
  • 48 mos. exp. in delivery of training or instructional programs commensurate with area to be assigned based on approved Position Description on file
  • 12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques
