Role OverviewAccenture's Oracle practice is looking for a WMS Cloud Lead to design, configure, and deliver innovative warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. The role involves leading functional design, driving client workshops, and guiding project teams through end-to-end implementations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS, designing inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-dock workflows, translating business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specifications, and conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle WMS, with minimum 3 years on Oracle Cloud WMS (WMS Cloud / Oracle Logistics Cloud)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with configuring: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory controls, and task management
- Minimum 5 years of experience with integrations involving ERP, OTM, TMS, scanners/RF devices, and third-party automation systems
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated expertise in leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading CRPs, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions with business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
