RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, providers, and external partners to resolve claims and benefits-related issues
- Handle client service issues and process requests, ensuring administrative processes for enrollment, changes, and terminations are correctly executed
- Update benefits client portal websites and assist with audits, filings, and compliance-related initiatives
- Coordinate data collection and submission of claims reporting to partner vendors, staying current on legislative updates for regulatory compliance
- Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service oriented with strong knowledge of health and welfare employee benefits and ACA requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook and Excel) and familiarity with Zywave products like BrokerageBuilder preferred
- Flexible, with strong multitasking abilities and a focus on supporting a collaborative team atmosphere
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
