Account Associate II- Senior Accountant

Requirements

• Lead and actively participate in month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support costing functions, including rate updates, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations to understand production activity and identify cost drivers and cost-saving opportunities
• Perform inventory accounting and maintain controls, including coordination and support of physical inventory counts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support corporate reporting requirements and provide requested documentation
• Assist with external audit and tax preparation requests
• Support credit review processes for new customers and verification of vendor documentation
• Participate in yearend financial review with corporate leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
