Requirements

  • Exhibits proven competence in all Account Associate I duties and knowledge requirements.
  • Participates in new client planning meetings to establish implementation plan.
  • Assists with implementing TPA and BenAdmin systems, and completes renewals within those systems.
  • Meets with clients to review benefit administration guides, and to discuss customer service and billing procedures.
  • Works with carriers to create client Wrap Documents.
  • Supports servicing account team by acting as client-specific benefit plan expert.
  • Evaluates Health and Wellness programs and their impact on renewals.
  • Investigates claims issues and facilitates claims resolution with client, employees and carriers.
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
  • Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
