RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Producer by preparing accurate coverage summaries, stewardship reports, and other client-facing documents for prospects and existing clients

  • Help identify client needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions

  • Coordinate with service team to ensure renewal and new business timelines are being met

  • Track and update sales activity and client communications in CRM or agency management software.

  • Assist in new business submissions to prepare for appropriate delivery to service teams

  • Assist clients and prospects with implementation and/or presentation of risk management tools to help control risk

  • Proactively manage account renewals by communicating expiration dates and assisting clients with necessary documentation

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding elevated issues such as complex claims, risk management advice, and contract reviews

  • Educate clients on policy details, coverage changes, and risk management strategies to enhance satisfaction

  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, and documentation to support account activities

  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance, client service, or sales support

  • Solid understanding of P&C insurance products, including:

    • Commercial auto

    • General liability

    • Property

    • Excess

    • Workers’ compensation

  • Proficient with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Preferred: Insurance certifications such as CIC, CRM, ARM, or equivalent

  • Preferred: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools

  • Preferred: Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and underwriting processes

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and service activities


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $70K to $75K per year.
