Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Account Clerk 2 to perform administrative, financial, and accounting tasks in a hybrid remote/in-person schedule. The position will work with various sections of the office and interact with tens of thousands of Ohioans each year.
Requirements
Determines accuracy and validity and prepares vouchers for invoices and the disbursement of funds
Processes client accounts payables and refunds
Processes account adjustments requested by the business
Analyzes and processes invoices and other related materials
Processes remittance for receipt and disbursement of funds and verifies accuracy
Performs variety of related clerical tasks
Works closely with internal business stakeholders and external clients
