Role Overview

Join a team that’s not afraid to do things differently as an Account Coordinator. Provide support for Account Managers and Account Directors to increase throughput and accuracy of order entry, estimates, and other customer and production-related needs.

What You Will Do

Enter orders into software with 99.5% accuracy, follow up on schedule, communicate problems to Production, Account Manager, and/or Account Director, and ensure accuracy of proofs before sending to the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Must be able to interact professionally and positively with all levels of employees and clients
  • Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency, and customer service oriented as well as strong organizational skills
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word, and outlook
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of print industry a plus
