Role OverviewThe Account Development Coordinator will handle daily operational tasks for all accounts affiliated with the Account Development Representatives and Account Executives. Their main responsibilities will include managing same-day freight and accruing spot freight opportunities, while regularly updating shipment statuses to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
What You Will Do
Assist in securing spot freight opportunities, coordinate same-day/hot shipments, track and update shipments, collaborate with Account Development Representatives, Account Executives, and the Operations Department, leverage technology, handle account support, optimize operational efficiency, maintain customer relationships, and perform day-to-day responsibilities such as professional communication, bid on spot market opportunities, and create customer SOPs.
