Job Description
Syngenta Seeds is a developer and producer of seed for farmers, commercial growers, retailers, and small seed companies. The Account Development Lead will coordinate reseller recruitment with Seed Sales Representatives across the district, securing new points of sale and developing them into trusted advisors and advocates for Golden Harvest.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of active Sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership teams
  • 2+ years of People Management experience
  • Key stakeholder relationship building ability
  • Understanding of Syngenta products and Go-To-Market strategy
  • Ability to influence others with strategic vision and confidence
