Job Description
Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Account Development Lead in Minnesota and Northern Iowa to coordinate reseller recruitment with Seed Sales Representatives across the district.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of active Sales experience
  • 2+ years of People Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership teams
  • Key stakeholder relationship building ability
  • Understanding of Syngenta products and Go-To-Market strategy
