MERGE is seeking an Account Director to oversee a US Life Science portfolio for a major client. The role focuses on developing lasting relationships with clients, leading strategic initiatives, and effectively balancing agency expectations and client needs. This is a high-profile position requiring a strong leader with expertise in account management and client relationship building.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in client management at an integrated advertising agency, (minimum 3 years of life sciences experience required)
  • Strong background in HCP marketing and developing sales force strategies and tools
  • Understand at a high level data from clinical trials and real world evidence studies
  • Superior professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate competitive activity and messaging
  • Willingness to be a leader in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced client management skills
  • Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of Medical, Legal, Regulatory review bodies
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Understanding of how to work with Medical, Legal, Regulatory review bodies, including proficiency in Veeva PromoMats
