This role involves collaboration with global accounts, building strong executive relationships, and driving value generation through strategic account planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in SaaS, market research, or user experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing global, complex enterprise accounts in the US or Canada
  • Proven ability to collaborate across regional teams and drive coordinated account strategies
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in North American markets, with media & tech customers specifically
  • Proven experience working with global accounts
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of account management
