Requirements

  • 5–10 years of senior-level account management, client partnership, or enterprise customer success.
  • Experience managing a team of Account Managers or equivalent client-facing professionals.
  • Strong track record of account growth, contract renewals, and strategic client influence.
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence senior-level client relationships.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
