Job Description
Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead strategic client partnerships in New York. This role focuses on growing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and client influence skills.
Requirements
5–10 years of senior-level account management, client partnership, or enterprise customer success
Experience managing a team of Account Managers
Strong track record of account growth, contract renewals, and strategic client influence
Proven ability to navigate and influence senior-level client relationships
Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
