Requirements

  • 5–10 years of senior-level account management, client partnership, or enterprise customer success
  • Experience managing a team of Account Managers
  • Strong track record of account growth, contract renewals, and strategic client influence
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence senior-level client relationships
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
