Account Executive - End User Sales

Account Executives at Miner Ltd. represent the end user sales side of the business, providing proactive maintenance and industry-leading equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry. They translate return on investment into sales for the Company and gains for customers. The role requires grit, ambition, futuristic thinking, drive, and curiosity, with a focus on building lasting relationships through trust, confidence, and a willingness to learn about customers, their needs, and industries.

What You Will Do

Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers, selling loading dock equipment and services, and acting as educators to support product training. They will prospect new opportunities, develop meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conduct site surveys to focus equipment sales and improve customer operations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience
• Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques, prospecting, and previous sales achievements
• Expert communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to understand technical product application or have a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge or previous experience in Dock/Door or Industrial sales is ideal
• Willingness to be taught, hunger for learning, ambition to close the deal, and adaptability in evolving environments
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal
• A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment is required
