Job Description
Townsquare Ignite is seeking a driven Account Executive, Agency Partnerships to expand its agency footprint and generate new revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role requiring a self-starter with agency sales experience, digital media knowledge, and a proven ability to build lasting partnerships. The position focuses on securing and growing new relationships with independent and regional agencies through prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.
  • Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and sales materials.
