Job Description
This is a remote Account Executive position at a rapidly growing, VC-backed startup focused on transforming compliance using AI. The company's platform automates regulatory compliance like SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001, saving organizations time and enabling accelerated growth. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, build a pipeline, deliver demos, and collaborate with founders to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of independently closing deals
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with $10K-40K ASP
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, demos, and deal closing
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Adaptability to startup or high-growth SaaS environments
