Job Description
The Account Executive – Tier 1 (AE I) is responsible for driving revenue growth through daily prospecting within an assigned territory, maintaining and expanding an existing customer base, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas with acceptable profitability.

Requirements

  • Prospect daily within assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities
  • Maintain, upgrade, and expand existing customer relationships
  • Plan and manage daily activities, territory strategy, and database accuracy
  • Demonstrate equipment and continuously improve demo and presentation skills
  • Conduct needs assessments, qualifications, proposals, and QBRs
  • Present and close sales opportunities
  • Manage customer conflicts and objections professionally
  • Complete required paperwork, reporting, and forecasting
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Complete required vendor training and certifications
  • Conduct equipment walkthroughs, need assessments, and site surveys
  • Dress professionally and appropriately
  • Communicate timely, professionally, and collaboratively with all departments
