Account Executive role at an early-stage, high-growth healthcare AI company. Full-cycle sales role with a focus on selling to multi-location outpatient specialty groups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales
  • 2+ years closing as an AE (mid-market/enterprise strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable in an outbound-heavy environment; proven ability to self-source pipeline
  • Strong discovery, deal strategy, negotiation, and forecasting fundamentals
  • Prior experience in a startup environment (Series A/B-style) strongly preferred
  • High ownership, resilience, and drive; thrives in an intense, high-expectations culture

Benefits

  • Generous salary range: $250,000–$300,000 OTE (typical 50/50 split), with base $125,000–$150,000 + variable, plus equity
