Job Description
Xplor is looking for a motivated and self-driven sales professional to join their Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions. The position offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and unlimited income potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
