Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven mid-level Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of inbound and warm leads, conducting client meetings, and ultimately closing new business.

Requirements

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of inbound and warm leads provided by the company.
  • Proactively reach out to warm leads to ensure a full calendar of client meetings.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Present our company's recruiting services and value proposition in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new client agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine and optimize the sales process.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion by re-engaging with past clients.
