Role Overview

As an Account Executive, Public Sector-SLED at Snowflake, you will develop strategic relationships with Public Sector organizations and drive thought leadership to sell Snowflake solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to customers at senior levels and help redefine the future of work.

What You Will Do

Develop strategic relationships, identify and close new business opportunities, and propose solutions to enable digital transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with marketing and partners to drive revenue growth.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, a proven ability to develop and close new client relationships, and a deep knowledge of State, Local, and Education organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • Proven ability to independently develop, manage and close new client relationships at CxO level in Public Sector organizations
  • Extensive and reliable network with key decision makers in the Public Sector
  • Deep knowledge in how State, Local, and Education organizations scout, select, procure and implement innovative technology solutions
  • Proven track record of building and expanding substantial business with Public Sector clients ($3m+ ARR)
  • Mastered a solution-based approach to selling with experience managing complex sales processes
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
  • Drive, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit to build a business from scratch in new customer field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
