Role OverviewThe Branch Rental Sales Account Manager is a revenue-driving leader responsible for growing rental market share through aggressive outside sales, strategic customer acquisition, and disciplined fleet and cost management.
What You Will Do
Drive new business through proactive outside sales activity, including prospecting, appointment setting, and closing; conduct regular customer retention visits and account reviews to identify expansion opportunities and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field

- 3+ years in a rental product line including outside sales and counter supervision
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of marketplace conditions and rental fleet optimization
- Demonstrated knowledge of rental operations and asset management
