Job Description
BDA, a global leader in merchandise and promotional marketing, is seeking a Sales-Driven Account Manager to join its Los Angeles team. The role focuses on selling merchandise and premium product programs to Los Angeles-based sports teams, particularly MLB and the Dodgers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LA sports market and proven success in sales to sports teams, leagues, or venues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of direct sales experience in sports marketing, merchandise, promotional products, or sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of selling into sports teams, leagues, or venues with measurable revenue results.
  • Deep understanding of the Los Angeles sports market, with emphasis on MLB and the Dodgers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
