Job Description
We're seeking a super-curious and passionate individual to join our Publisher Team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will help onboard, manage, and grow publisher partner relationships, and provide support to the clients of the IQVIA Publisher Suite.

Requirements

  • 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing meaningful solutions and optimizations to clients to grow account
  • Highly motivated, energetic, desire to grow, ambitious
  • Detail oriented and must have flexibility to work with diverse projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients
