Role OverviewThe Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline. You will be the face of the company, providing outstanding customer service and approach. You will collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Will Do
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities. Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Energetic, positive, and motivated
- Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
- Ability for self-learning and highly independent
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment
