Role OverviewLegacy Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts, partnering with Producers to deliver strategic risk management solutions and exceptional client service.
What You Will Do
Manage the full lifecycle of Commercial Lines accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and ongoing account servicing.

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Minimum of four years of Commercial Lines insurance or account management experience.
- Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, policy servicing, and carrier underwriting practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Producers, carrier partners, and internal teams.
