Role OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will be part of the Stanley Engineered Fastening team working as a remote/field employee. You'll be responsible for driving sales of STANLEY Engineered Fastening products while ensuring customer satisfaction within a specific geographic area.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and developing new customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in business development or application engineering within the Fastener, Tool or Industrial Supply industry
- Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Affinity with technical products is a must
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com, and other sales tools
