Role OverviewThe Account Manager I oversees the day-to-day management of an assigned customer base, including taking orders, managing customer expectations, and problem-solving any issues or complaints. The Account Manager I works in a fast-paced environment with multiple software applications and must be able to work well in groups and have a broad knowledge of products for all divisions.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager I will maintain existing relationships with distributors, answer multi-line phones, assist customers with orders, and work with the sales team to ensure the highest quality of support is being provided. The role requires the ability to set goals, prioritize projects, and follow through to completion, while maintaining a budget and following set timetables.
