Job Description
Stova is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Manager to support the retention and growth of customer base.
Requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts
Drive customer retention and revenue growth by delivering consistent, measurable value
Manage a high-volume portfolio through scalable engagement strategies, digital outreach, and marketing automation
Balance customer advocacy with business objectives to support long-term partnership success
Maintain deep knowledge of Stova products, features, and positioning to effectively guide customers and identify opportunities
Accurately forecast renewals, risk, and expansion opportunities on a weekly basis
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, customer success, and a consistently excellent customer experience
Build strong relationships with stakeholders by proactively addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption and engagement
