Role Overview

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, manage recurring service scheduling and adjustments, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

What You Will Do

Resolve service questions and issues professionally, identify opportunities to expand recurring services, and respond to inbound service requests and coordinate assessments.
