Role OverviewAs the Account Manager, you will develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, gather meaningful business intelligence, and drive sales growth across assigned accounts. You will use your industry knowledge and customer insights to promote, position, and execute sales of frac sand, logistics, and last-mile solutions to operators and oilfield service companies.
What You Will Do
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of Atlas clients while maintaining strong, trusted relationships. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of revenue growth and customer expansion
- 3+ years of recent oilfield sales experience focused on well completions preferred
- Formal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, or other solution-selling methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate agreements with complex terms and build strategic customer partnerships
