Role OverviewThe Account Manager will drive existing account growth within a given vertical, developing long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to improve their Microsoft ecosystem. They will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction and spend, and managing the development and execution of incremental sales opportunities, projects, and renewals.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will own increases in client satisfaction, stay abreast of client needs, and craft and implement an annual sales strategy to drive increases in client spend. They will also conduct quarterly business reviews, inform the Go To Market Strategy, and stay informed on industry trends.
