RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Service Requests: Handle pre-renewals/renewals, complete Acord applications, submit to carriers, and analyze quotations.
Client Support: Prepare proposals, summaries, binders, invoices, and certificates; review endorsements, policies, and audits for accuracy.
Compliance & Contracts: Conduct contract reviews, resolve COI compliance issues, order endorsements, and ensure insurance requirements are met.
System & Workflow Management: Use internal systems to track and prioritize workload; follow up professionally with clients and carriers.
Collaboration & Meetings: Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with producers and account managers.
Training & Development: Complete certifications and training; assist with mentoring Account Assistants as needed.
Carrier & Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on carrier underwriting guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of property and casualty insurance experience
1+ years at the Account Manager level, preferred
Applicable state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent’s License
Industry-related certifications desired
College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Hourly range is $36 to $45 per hour.
