Account Manager

minimize their losses, save money, and improve the overall safety of their business.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with their insurance needs

• Review clients' existing policies and recommend tailored coverage options based on individual requirements

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to enhance coverage

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

• Stay current on industry trends and policy changes to offer accurate and informed guidance

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support overall agency success

• Actively participate in new business sales efforts by acquiring new personal lines insurance policies, contributing to agency growth and earning commissions

• Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager is a plus, but not required

• Valid Utah Property and Casualty License, or willingness to obtain one upon hire

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in agency management software

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $45K to $48K per year.
