Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for the success, retention, and growth of our existing customer base, working closely with various teams to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-centric approach.

What You Will Do

Perform duties related to strengthening vendor/client relations, support sales by identifying renewal, upsell, and upgrade opportunities, and manage references for potential new business contacts.
