Account Manager

The Account Manager is a key driver of the NetJets mission—to enhance the lives of each client one exceptional travel experience at a time. As a trusted private aviation expert, you serve as the primary liaison and advocate for NetJets clients, assuming full ownership of each account's success and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Strategic Relationship Management, Collective Engagement, Advocacy & Ownership, Operational Excellence, Consultative Travel Expertise, and Complete Trip Oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build trust.
• Ownership Mentality: Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented in every aspect of work.
• Operational Acumen: Skilled at balancing precision, urgency, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
