Role OverviewThe Account Manager will own the relationship with clients, build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, and strive to make the customer more successful by utilizing the tools and resources available. They will collaborate with various teams to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive client retention efforts through effective relationship management and service excellence.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Experienced in maintaining relationships nationally over a large number of clients
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communication, Sales or relevant field
