Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of customer freight within a third-party brokerage environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring loads are accurately quoted, scheduled, covered, tracked, and resolved through delivery.

What You Will Do

Support day-to-day account management and operational execution for assigned customers. Provide responsive service to customers, carriers, and internal partners. Coordinate quoting activity, load coverage, appointments, issue resolution, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in third-party logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, customer service, or account management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple loads, customers, and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
• Comfort working with transportation management systems, load boards, or similar technology
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, sales teams, operations teams, and finance partners
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in time-sensitive situations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
