Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned portfolio of accounts, achieving defined revenue and client retention targets. This role involves strong relationship building, managing projects, and ensuring timely service delivery. The position is on-site in Windham, New Hampshire with opportunities for some work from home 1-2x a week.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into and/or managing large account portfolios.
  • Comfortable negotiating complex, enterprise level deals.
  • Articulate communicator, in person and over the phone.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solution-oriented with ability to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
