Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to own and manage relationships with a portfolio of high-end residential landscape clients. This role is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive communication, clear expectation-setting, and close coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, service, quality, design, administrative, and field teams
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management
  • Proven experience working with high-end residential clients
  • Background in landscaping, landscape maintenance, construction, property services, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and a multi-million-dollar book of business
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to handle difficult conversations
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to managed properties as needed
  • Practical, real-world experience prioritized over formal education
