Job Description
As an Account Manager at PEG, LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients across various service lines, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities for expanded engagement. You will serve as a trusted liaison between clients and PEG's technical and operations teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts related to building science, energy modeling, green building certifications, and MEP engineering
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools
