Job Description

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts related to building science, energy modeling, green building certifications, and MEP engineering
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools
