Job Description
Ironwall by Incogni is seeking an Account Manager to play a critical role in customer retention and long-term success. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing account support while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary account owner for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Onboard new clients, including creating and implementing customer portals, performing quality assurance, and notifying clients upon successful setup
  • Train clients on Ironwall services, features, and best practices to ensure successful program adoption
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling additional services, cross-selling products, and adding additional user seats
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and Privacy Operations, particularly for emergency protocols, search-related issues, and specialized customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to support account growth
