Job Description
Account Manager responsible for creating value propositioning, driving solutions, and managing client relationships. Maintains invoicing requirements, collaborates with stations and clients, and drives cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions
Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network
Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis
Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally
Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement
Participates in and manages quoting process
Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business
Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational
Drives cross selling opportunities
Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally
Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP
Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature
Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process
Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal
Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business
