Job Description
Account Manager responsible for creating value propositioning, driving solutions, and managing client relationships. Maintains invoicing requirements, collaborates with stations and clients, and drives cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions
  • Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network
  • Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis
  • Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally
  • Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement
  • Participates in and manages quoting process
  • Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business
  • Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational
  • Drives cross selling opportunities
  • Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally
  • Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP
  • Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature
  • Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process
  • Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal
  • Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business
