OLIVER is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its new studio team in Chicago. The role will involve running creative projects from concept to completion, delivering exceptional client service, and collaborating with a global mindset. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing projects, budgets, and resources, and will have a good understanding of professional services and agency teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working with a B2B client and/or a regulated industry
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilize AI creative tools, specifically Pencil
