RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional client service by managing daily requests, renewals, proposals, claims support, and preparation for client and open‑enrollment meetings while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow‑through
- Support strong carrier and market relationships through negotiation, underwriting engagement, product expertise, and identifying cross‑selling opportunities, while mastering internal systems like Benefit Point and Employee Navigator
- Contribute to team and organizational success by training junior staff, collaborating effectively, staying current on industry practices, and modeling a positive, accountable, and solutions‑oriented culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional or customer service experience, strong verbal/written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to read and interpret insurance quotes with high attention to detail
- Life, Health & Accident License (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently while supporting both clients and internal partners
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $50K to 60K per year.
