Job Description
Nomi is seeking an Account Manager (Michigan) to drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves building partnerships with Third-Party Administrators, employer groups, brokers and consultants, and serving as the primary post-implementation contact. Responsibilities include on-site support, strategic planning, and analysis of network gaps. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management
  • Deep expertise in Nomi’s product suite (Analytics, Network, PBM, Payments, and Financial Services)
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Proven track record of client retention, expansion, and upselling
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
