Job Description
The Partner Success team focuses on structuring and delivering tailored engagement for Forum Partners across Europe and North America. The team works in close collaboration with the Global Industries communities, 11 Forum Centres and Forum events. We are currently searching for a Partner Success Specialist (Account Manager) who, together with their Partner Lead (relationship manager) counterpart, will form a two-person Account Team focused on building and strengthening interactions with Partner Representatives across a portfolio of Forum Partner companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Successful track record in key account management and/or business relationship development
  • Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment
  • A strong sense of perseverance and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes
  • Digital mindset and capabilities
  • Salesforce experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
